The amount of hair needed depends on the amount of volume and the overall look you are trying to achieve. As a general rule, we recommend 2-3 bundles of hair for a full sew in. Anything over 16 inches we recommend ordering 3-4 bundles. Remember, the longer the hair the shorter the weft widths. If you desire lots of volume, you will need to order 3-4 bundles of hair.
Yes! If you are you looking for the ultimate in protective styling then you need either a closure or a frontal to complete your bundle purchase. Our Lace Frontals and Lace Closures allows you to give you leave out hair a much needed break.
Looking to create a natural part then we recommend our Lace Closures. Want to step it up a bit and create a natural looking hairline then we recommend our Lace Frontal.

Triple L Hair accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club debit and credit cards. When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit/debit card, or we will not be able to process your order.

At Triple L Hair, we know selecting perfect hair extensions is important. Your personal brand depends on it! For that reason, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our industry leading, 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to make sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return your item in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
The return product(s) must meet ALL of the “Exchange and Return” Guidelines. No refund, exchange or credit will be given for returns that Do Not Meet the “Exchange and Return” Guidelines.
Please be advised we do NOT offer refunds for the following:
• Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges.
• Customs Taxes & Duties on return international shipments.
• Clearance items, special sale items, promotional items and special order items.
ALL Item(s) must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging including, all original tags, zip ties, security seals, storage bags, paperwork, manuals, ribbons or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unused, not tried on, zip ties must be securely attached to the hair bundle, unaltered (straightened, curled, brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed in any way) and undamaged.
Please be advised that Straightening, Perming, Coloring, Rinsing, Lifting, Cutting the hair off the weft, Removing the security ties or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.
•Exchanges must be of the same or greater value.
•Customers are responsible for the additional costs associated with the exchange.
•If the original order qualified for free shipping, original shipping costs will be deducted.
•Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
•Return Credit will be issued after the inspection of returned item(s) is completed and always be issued to the same card to which they were originally charged.

Once we receive your request, an RMA # will be generated and emailed to you with the instructions on how to return the merchandise back to Triple L Hair. If you do not receive a Return/ Exchange confirmation email within 2 business day then please send an email to sales@triplelhair.com, with the following information:

An RMA must be issued in order to return or exchange products. Merchandise shipped back to Triple L Hair without an RMA will not be accepted and NO Refund and or Exchange will be offered.
Please be advised, Exchanges and Returns must be initiated in WRITING via our online form, or via email (See guidelines above).
When you receive your RMA number and are ready to ship the items back to us, we recommend obtaining shipping insurance. To make this process even easier, a Return Authorization Form is included on the back of your invoice.
Please be advised, Triple L Hair in not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and we are not responsible for any packages that were returned to us without first obtaining an RMA number.

In order for hair to be considered Remy, all of the cuticles must be intact and properly aligned from root to tip. Thanks to our stringent hair collection process we can assure that cuticles in our products are fully intact and properly aligned. Remy hair can be dyed, bleached, curled and flat ironed.

Yes, our hair is Salon quality 100% Virgin Remy Indian Human Hair, with no fillers. Therefore it can handle the coloring and lifting process. We suggest that you consult with a professional for coloring your new hair.
A complimentary two inch wide Tester Piece is included with each order of wefted hair extensions. Your two inch wide Tester Piece is located inside a small white pouch within the product order envelope. Using the Tester Piece is the perfect way for you to test the quality of our hair extensions. You can curl, flat iron, dye and or bleach the Tester Piece.
(Tester pieces are not included with the Closures and Frontals)
Absolutely Not! Extensions are a great for protective styling as long as it is done properly by a professional and proper hair care is followed.
Implementing a simple hair care regimen will help keep your new hair looking its best. Shampoo and Deep Condition your hair extensions as needed regain its natural lustrous appearance. 
Hair Care Products: Utilizing a good moisturizer and (leave-in) conditioner will keep your hair extensions soft and manageable. Avoid hair products that contain excessive amounts of alcohol as it tends to leave hair very dry and brittle. Please note, many styling products can cause build up over time. It is recommended that a deep cleansing shampoo followed by a deep conditioner be used once or twice a month to remove product build-up. Product build-up can cause tangling and matting of your hair extensions. 
Heat /Styling Tools: Heat is your hair's biggest enemy. Use heat in moderation and do not use high temperatures. Excessive use of heat can damage hair and permanently alter hair texture. If you choose to style your hair extensions with heat, make sure to use a heat protectant before styling.
