30 - Day Return Policy

At Triple L Hair, we know selecting the perfect hair extensions is important.  Your personal brand depends on it!  For that reason, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our industry leading, 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to make sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return your item in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. 

The return product(s) must meet ALL of the “Exchange and Return” Guidelines.  No refund, exchange or credit will be given for returns that Do Not Meet the “Exchange and Return” Guidelines.

 Please be advised we do NOT offer refunds for the following:

• Shipping, Handling and Insurance charges.
• Customs Taxes & Duties on return international shipments.
• Clearance items, special sale items, promotional items and special order items.
